NUC Approves New Courses at Summit University, Offa
In a significant academic milestone, Summit University, Offa (SUN, Offa) has received approval from the National Universities Commission (NUC) to launch twelve new programmes, including eight undergraduate and four postgraduate courses.
This approval follows a rigorous resource verification exercise conducted by panels of NUC experts.

New Undergraduate Programmes
The newly approved undergraduate programmes are housed in two newly established colleges:
Kola Balogun College of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Engineering (KBCOAIDE)
- Mechatronics Engineering (B.Eng.)
- Communication Engineering (B.Eng.)
- Computer Engineering (B.Eng.)
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering (B.Eng.)
College of Innovation and Computing Technology (COICT)
- Data Science (B.Sc.)
- Cyber Security (B.Sc.)
- Software Engineering (B.Sc.)
- Information Technology (B.Sc.)

- Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration
- Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Mass Communication
- Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mass Communication
