The executives of the Students' Union Government (SUG) of the Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) has issued notice to students on suspension of payment of hostel fees, Myschoolnews gathered.

This is by notice, due to the 100 percent increase in the hostel fees (Sycamore, Bvers, Ventures and Def) by the management, we instruct all freshers and returning students NOT TO PAY ANY HOSTEL FEE for the 2023/2024 Academic Session, either it is compulsory due to the course you are studying or not.

We maintain that this is unacceptable, and we reject and condemn it with all totality.
