Pioneer Accounting Students of Federal University Lokoja Express Deep Gratitude in Heartfelt Farewell

On August 18th, Federal University Lokoja proudly celebrates a historic milestone as the Pioneer Accounting Set marks the end of their groundbreaking academic journey. This group of trailblazers has navigated the challenges of establishing a new academic program, setting a high standard for future cohorts to aspire to.

In a moving note of appreciation, the pioneering students reflect on their unique experiences and the significant accomplishments they achieved over the past five years. Special mention was made of Professor Emmanuel Eneche Onoja, the Head of Department, whose mentorship and fatherly guidance were pivotal throughout their academic journey. "Professor Onoja has been more than an academic leader; he has been like a father to us, guiding us with his insight and compassion," the students noted.

Mr. Abdulazeez Eneye Ismaila, the level coordinator and staff adviser, was also praised for his exceptional support. "You were always there for us, providing help whenever we encountered issues, no matter how big or small. Your support was invaluable, and we are deeply thankful," they said.

The students expressed profound thanks to Mrs. Akano Idowu, the Desk Officer, for her role in ensuring smooth operations within the department. "Words cannot fully express our appreciation. You were always there to ensure everything ran smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better in that role."

A special note of gratitude was directed to the students' families, whose love and support were crucial throughout their academic journey. "Your love, kindness, and unwavering support made this journey possible. You stood by us through every challenge, and today, we share this success with you."

The students also offered thanks to God for His grace and protection. "Despite the hardships we faced, we are grateful that we never recorded any loss of life among us. His protection and guidance were with us every step of the way."
