Eligibility Criteria:
- Non-Chinese citizens in good health with a valid personal passport.
- Applicants must hold a master’s degree and be under the age of 30.
- Compliance with Chinese laws and university regulations.
- Demonstrated academic excellence with at least one research publication.
- Completion of specific graduation requirements, including an HSK 3 Certificate and an SCI paper publication.
