The recent announcement from the Federal University Lafia (FULafia) extending the closing date for the Post-UTME screening exercise to October 31, 2024, has sparked a wave of reactions among prospective students. While some welcomed the opportunity, many expressed their frustrations over the uncertainty surrounding admission decisions.
Emmanuel’s Tutorial Page echoed the sentiments of many students, posting a heartfelt plea: “???????????????????????????????????? please show us mercy and start giving us admission so that students can know their stand and next action to take.” This sentiment resonated with many, as anxious candidates await news on their future.
Students like Jessica Tsejime raised concerns, asking, “Pls can sum1 ezplain this to me? Cos my sister didn't catch up with the closing date which was 30th Sept.” The confusion around the revised timeline has left many feeling lost and in need of clarity.
Others expressed deeper frustrations, such as Hajiya Ajoke Ade, who lamented, “Why FULafia so wicked like this now? They didn't release any admission list, maybe people will know if he/she got admitted or not.” This feeling of uncertainty has left many students feeling disheartened and frustrated.
