Taraba State University Kicks Off Football Tournament in Honor of H.E Prof. Leslie Ragers

In a spirited celebration of sportsmanship and camaraderie, Taraba State University (TSU), Jalingo, initiated a football tournament to honor the esteemed H.E Prof. Leslie Ragers. The tournament was made possible through the collaborative efforts of TSU's Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Administration, Prof. Bulus Onesimus Shiaki, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Academic Affairs, Prof. Isa Mohammed Adamu, Registrar, Dr. Joseph U. Bibinu, and the Dean of Students' Affairs.

The opening match pitted the TSU Football Team against the FUW (Federal University of Wukari) Football Team at the TSU Stadium in Jalingo. ⚽⚽⚽

The inaugural game concluded with a resounding victory for TSU, with a final score of TSU-1 vs. FUW-0. The celebration following the game marked the beginning of an exciting tournament that will undoubtedly bring the university community together in the spirit of sportsmanship.
