TASUED Alumni Association Meets University Management, Unveils Plan for Postgraduate Hall of Residence
The Alumni Association of Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) recently met with the university management to discuss the construction of a Postgraduate Hall of Residence.
In a significant development, the leadership of the Alumni Association of Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) paid a courtesy visit to the Vice-Chancellor and members of the university management on June 5, 2024. Led by the National President, Mr. Bolaji Julius Oladeji, the Executive Council of the Association commended the Vice-Chancellor for the remarkable developments achieved under his leadership.

During the meeting, Mr. Oladeji disclosed that the Alumni National Executive Council (NEC) has approved the construction of a 72-capacity Hall of Residence for Postgraduate students of the university. This ambitious project aims to further strengthen the commitment of the Alumni to the growth and progress of TASUED.
The President presented visual representations of the proposed Postgraduate Hall along with supporting documents to the Vice-Chancellor, showcasing the readiness of the Alumni Association to embark on this landmark initiative.
In response, Prof. Wole Banjo, the Vice-Chancellor, expressed gratitude to the Alumni for their proactive approach and unwavering support. He acknowledged TASUED Alumni as trailblazers in developmental projects, cooperative engagement, and result-oriented partnerships. Prof. Banjo assured the delegation of the university's full support and commitment to facilitating the realization of the Postgraduate Hall project.
