Tragic Loss of Promising Student Shakes GSU Community

Gombe State University is in mourning as it grapples with the sudden loss of one of its promising students, Abubakar Muhammad Adam.

The final year student from the Department of Accounting passed away this morning while writing his exams on campus.

Abubakar was rushed to the University Clinic, where medical staff made heroic efforts to save his life. Unfortunately, despite their best efforts, he could not be revived. His passing has left the GSU community in shock and grief.

Abubakar Muhammad Adam's remains have been taken to the mortuary at the Specialist Hospital in Gombe. The arrival of his grieving parents has added to the somber atmosphere on campus.
