UDUTH College of Nursing Sciences Announces Admission Form Sales
Prospective students must have at least five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology from NECO, WAEC, or NABTEB, achieved in no more than two sittings.

The College of Nursing Sciences at Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital (UDUTH) Sokoto has commenced the sale of admission forms for the 2024 academic session. Prospective students must have at least five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology from NECO, WAEC, or NABTEB, achieved in no more than two sittings.
To apply, candidates should:
1. Visit the website at [https://healthrevale.com.ng/](https://healthrevale.com.ng/) and select "Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Sokoto" from the "Remitta Payment" menu.
2. Choose "UDUTH College of Nursing" under "Service," enter N7,000.00 as the service amount, and complete all required information before generating the payment instruction.
3. Use the generated Remita number to make a payment at any bank and return the payment slip to the UDUTH College Accountant for a receipt.
4. Submit the Remita slip and receipt to the College of Nursing Sciences to receive a serial number and PIN.
5. Visit [https://nursing.uduth.org.ng](https://nursing.uduth.org.ng) to enter the provided PIN and serial number, fill out the application, including O'level results and JAMB scores if available.
Applicants must bring a printed copy of their application form to the entrance exam on the scheduled date.
