Umaru Ali Shinkafi Polytechnic Sokoto to Launch HND in Mass Communication
This announcement was made by Rector Malam Aliyu Balarabe during a meeting with members of the 2010/2011 set of Mass Communication students and representatives from the Coalition of Sokoto State Students Organizations (COSSO).

Umaru Ali Shinkafi Polytechnic, Sokoto, is set to introduce a Higher National Diploma (HND) program in Mass Communication soon. This announcement was made by Rector Malam Aliyu Balarabe during a meeting with members of the 2010/2011 set of Mass Communication students and representatives from the Coalition of Sokoto State Students Organizations (COSSO).
In his remarks, the Rector expressed gratitude for the visit and the award of excellence presented to him, reaffirming his dedication to supporting education and community welfare. Malam Umar Faruk and Daniyalo Mai Lafiya, leaders of the visiting delegation, commended the Rector for his outstanding leadership in areas such as education, youth development, and philanthropy.
The meeting was attended by key officials, including the Director of Works Engr. Rayyanu Usman and the Entrepreneurship Education Development (EED) Director, Malam Ibrahim Yakub.
