UNILAG Consult Seeks Transformational Leader for Managing Director Position

UNILAG Consult Limited, the consulting arm of the University of Lagos (UNILAG), is inviting applications for the role of Managing Director. The position, based in Lagos, offers an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to drive the strategic growth of the company.

Established in 1983, UNILAG Consult is a premier provider of research-driven human capital, leadership, and development solutions, offering services in areas such as educational sector services, human resource management, training, environmental services, and engineering consultancy. The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational, and financial aspects of the organization, ensuring alignment with UNILAG’s mission while fostering impactful partnerships.

Applicants must possess a Master's degree, professional qualifications, and at least ten years of work experience, including five years in strategic planning and business development. Academics must hold the rank of professor, and candidates should be no older than 55 years. The position offers a competitive and negotiable salary, tied to performance targets.
