The University of Lagos (UNILAG), a beacon of academic excellence, is joining forces with its Department of Cell Biology and Genetics to host a groundbreaking workshop. The Genome Editing Research Group, a team of dedicated scientists from the department, is at the helm of this initiative facilitated by Dr. Joseph Bamidele, Associate Professor and Team Leader Genome Editing Research Group.

From July 8th to July 12th, the Central Research Library, UNILAG will become a hub of scientific discovery. Over the course of five days, participants will delve into the intricacies of Genome Editing.
