UNILORIN Registry constitutes 9-member publication committee

The Registry Unit, University of Ilorin, has constituted a publication committee charged with the responsibility of receiving and collating papers from members of staff of the Unit towards the publication of Registry Seminar papers Volume II.

A memo dated January 30, 2024 and signed by Mrs Beatrice O. Ishola, a copy of which was made available to UNILORIN BULLETIN said that the Committee would be chaired by Prof. S.T. Babatunde of the Department of English while Mr A.A. Adebayo of the Student Affairs Division would serve as its Secretary.

Other members of the Committee are Mrs Beatrice O. Ishola, Deputy Registrar, Examinations and Records; Mr Abubakar Imam of the Directorate of Corporate Affairs; Mr K.A. Adewoyin of the Junior Staff Section of the Directorate of Human Resources and Mr J. O. Aiyedun also of the Directorate of Human Resources.

The Committee, according to the memo, would also include Mrs Shade V. Aduloju of the Certificate Unit of the Academic Support Service as well as Mr V. I. Obalola and Mr S. O. Lah, both of the Academic Support Service (Senate).

Mrs Ishola enjoined members of the Committee to bring their wealth of experience into bear in the discharge of their responsibilities as she said that everything must be done to ensure that it comes with publishable papers from members of staff of the University Registry.

The Committee has six weeks to accomplish the assignment.
