UNIUYO Faculty of Education Announces TRCN Induction Ceremony

The Faculty of Education at the University of Uyo (UNIUYO) has announced the 14th Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) induction ceremony for qualified staff and graduating students.

The ceremony is scheduled to take place on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at 12:00 noon at the Onyema Ugochukwu Auditorium, University of Uyo Town Campus, Ikpa Road.

Inductees are required to report to the Dean's Office to deposit their original certificates and collect academic gowns/caps on July 1 and 2, 2025. They are also expected to report for the ceremony by 9:30 am on July 3, 2025, and return the gowns/caps immediately after the ceremony. A penalty of ₦2,000.00 will be imposed for every extra day the gowns and caps are kept beyond the stipulated return date of July 7, 2025.
