The University of Maiduguri Business School (UMBS) has released important guidelines and procedures for all newly admitted students across its various programmes .
The announcement, made by the Administrative Secretary, Nuhu Garba, on January 6, 2026, outlines a six-step process for successful registration.
Admission Letters: Students must first collect their official admission letters from the Admissions Officer at UMBS .
Screening: All students are required to bring their original credentials for a mandatory screening process conducted by the Administrative Secretary .
Online Registration: The next step involves visiting the official portal at http://umbs.com.ng, navigating to the "Portal Menu," and selecting "Online Registration".
Course Registration: Students should download and print two copies of their course lists. These must be signed by the respective Programme Coordinators in the Faculty before one copy is submitted to the Desk Officer .
