UNIZIK Business Education Students Urged to Study Hard and Imbibe Discipline

The Department of Business Education at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, recently held its maiden induction ceremony and oath-taking exercise for 100-level students.

The event's speakers emphasized the importance of academic excellence, discipline, and dedication in achieving success.

The Head of Department, Dr. Jacinta Obidile, encouraged students to make the most of their academic journey, while the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Technology and Vocational Education, Prof. Raymond Okoye, urged them to be conscientious and painstaking in their studies.

Guest speaker Dr. Gabriel Alonta described Business Education as a life-defining journey that helps students discover their talents and interests. Meanwhile, Dr. Chidiebere Ufondu warned students against examination malpractice, highlighting its severe consequences.
