Usman Sani Jigassalah, a second-class graduate in Forestry from Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto (UDUS), has emerged victorious after facing numerous challenges during his academic journey. Hailing from Aliero, Kebbi State, Usman spent eight years pursuing a five-year course at UDUS.

His challenges included encountering ten carryover courses in his third year, repeating a year due to academic setbacks, and enduring two years of ASUU strikes and the COVID-19 pandemic disruptions. Despite these obstacles, he persevered and graduated with a commendable CGPA of 3.10.
