The Vice Chancellor of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS), Professor Bashir Garba, invites the general public to the 51st Inaugural Lecture titled "The Interface Between Sociology of Law and Criminology: The Dilemma of the Nigerian Society" by Professor Uthman Abdullahi AbdulQadir, a Professor of Sociology at Bayero University, Kano (BUK).
The lecture will take place on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 4:30 PM at the Usmanu Danfodiyo University Auditorium, Main Campus. Professor AbdulQadir, who holds a BSc in Sociology from UDUS and an MSc in Sociology from the University of Jos, will address the critical intersection of law, criminology, and the challenges faced by Nigerian society.
