World Environment Conservation Conference Hosted In FUTA

The 6th edition of the World Environmental Conservation Conference (WECC) is to be hosted by WASCAL (West African Science Service Centre on Climate Change and Adapted Land Use) , FUTA.

 WECC is a global event that brings together experts from various fields of natural resources management, sustainable development, biodiversity conservation, agriculture production, meteorology, climate science,  landuse  management e.t.c to brainstorm on pertinent issues militating against achievement of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by the year 2030 given the prevailing environmental catastrophes bedeviling the world.

The highly interactive event session will serve as  interface for information sharing and offer opportunities for participants to refine their commitments and pledges in the quest to achieve Sustainability.

The theme of  WECC-2023 " CLIMATE PARTNERSHIP ACTIONS FOR SUSTAINABLE FUTURE AND RESTORING LIFE ON EARTH" is well conceived.
