YABATECH Rector Honored in African Legendary Hall of Fame Induction

The Rector of Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), Dr. Engr. Ibraheem Adedotun Abdul, has been inducted into the African Legendary Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony took place at the institution's College Hall and recognized twenty-two distinguished Nigerians.

The event was organized by Afrikanwatch Magazine Network as part of its 13th annual lecture, award, and induction, chaired by Senator Anthony Adefuye.

The lecture, titled "Nigerian Politics of Today, The Quest for National Rebirth, Reclaiming the Identity of a Nation," was delivered by Professor Hope Eghagha from the University of Lagos. The ceremony also featured the unveiling of Afrikanwatch's 8th memoir on critical national issues.

Dr. Abdul, who also represented the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Prince Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), was honored for his extensive contributions to academia over thirty years and his significant advancements at YABATECH within a year of becoming Rector.
