YSUTH Chief Medical Director Commends Mutawalli Foundation’s Legacy Garden Initiative

The Chief Medical Director of Yobe State University Teaching Hospital (YSUTH), Prof. Baba Waru Goni, has commended the Mutawalli Foundation for its visionary environmental sustainability initiative following the establishment of a Legacy Garden at the Clinical Site of Yobe State University.

The tree-planting exercise attracted distinguished government officials, academics, healthcare professionals, development partners, students, and community leaders, all united in promoting environmental conservation and building a healthier future for generations to come.

Representing the Executive Governor of Yobe State, His Excellency Hon. Dr. Mai Mala Buni, CON, the Acting Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Mohammed Goje, described the initiative as a meaningful investment in humanity and sustainable development. He expressed confidence that the project would leave a lasting positive impact on the environment and the wider community.
