Bilal Mustapha, an 18-year-old first-year Computer Engineering student at Bayero University, Kano, has achieved an impressive feat by fabricating a water-powered rocket capable of reaching altitudes between 300 to 1,000 meters at speeds of up to 250 kilometers per hour. 

Using plastic bottles and other local materials, Bilal utilized online resources, particularly YouTube, for his research and development. In addition to the rocket, he also created a car that can move 20 meters via Bluetooth control.
