AAU re-schedules online application for Bed space in the Halls of Residence for 2022/2023 session

The University Management's earlier release on allocation of bed spaces for all interested newly admitted students (100 level and Direct Entry) for the 2022/2023 academic session dated 2 August, 2023, Myschoolnews report.

The allocation of bed spaces in the halls of residence is now Tuesday, 8th of August, 2023.

All students are to note that this first phase of hostel allocation is for new students only. i.e. 100 level and 200 level Direct Entry only. This is in line with the University Management's decision that, henceforth, allocation of bed spaces in the halls of residence will now strictly be for newly admitted students (UTME and DE) and final year students (400 level and 500 level) only.

The hostel allocation exercise for returning students (Final year only; ie. 400 level and 500 level, respectively). will be done at a date to be announced shortly.

The online application for bed spaces starts at exactly 12noon on Tuesday, 8th of August, 2023, Note that any bed space booked and not paid for within 48 hours will automatically be returned back to the pool and made available for booking and payment.

All interested newly admitted students are to note that allocation of bed spaces is strictly online and will be implemented on a first come, first served basis.

Please visit the University Portal and the University web site for further information on the online hostel application/bed space allocation procedures.

All newly admitted students (UTME and DE) are expected to have paid their school fees (at least 1st installment) to be eligible for the allocation of bed spaces.

Thank you
