AAU to Begin Immediate Issuance of Certificates After Senate Approval
The Senate of Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, at its 330th Regular Meeting held on July 25, 2025, approved a new policy directing that certificates be issued immediately after Senate’s approval of final year results.
The Senate of Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, at its 330th Regular Meeting held on July 25, 2025, approved a new policy directing that certificates be issued immediately after Senate’s approval of final year results.
Under the new arrangement, graduating students will be required to pay for their certificates as part of the clearance process.

The Senate also resolved that Statements of Results will now be valid for only 24 months, with the expiry date clearly indicated on each statement issued.
The university urged all graduating students, staff, parents, and the public to take note of the changes.
