4. Evidence of payment of Tuition Fee.
5. O’ Level Result(s)
6. State of Origin Certificate
7. Birth Certificate or Affidavit
8. Letter of Sponsorship/Scholarship
9. Medical Fitness Certificate from Government Hospital
10. Ten pieces of Passports Size Photograph
11. One-Off ID Card Fee N8,000.00 (Valid for 4 years).

RECOMMENDED FOR YOU: University of Ibadan Announces Guidelines for 2024 Convocation and 76th Foundation Day Celebrations ADUN Management encourages students to be active in sports.  As such, students are advised to bring appropriate sporting wears such as track suit, snickers etc for any sport(s) of their choice.
