The core team of BlockchainUNN, a group dedicated to promoting blockchain technology adoption, recently paid a courtesy visit to the office of the Vice-Chancellor at the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus (UNEC). During the meeting, the team provided a comprehensive overview of blockchain technology, highlighting its potential applications and benefits.
In attendance were key university officials including the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, the Public Relations Officer, the Dean of Student Affairs, the Registrar, and other esteemed members of the administration. The Vice-Chancellor, represented by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, commended the team for their initiatives and pledged the university's support for their endeavors. However, he emphasized the importance of utilizing technology responsibly and cautioned against any misuse, particularly in the realm of cryptocurrency.
