In celebration of the induction ceremony for Medicine students at the University of Uyo (UNIUYO), Akwa Ibom, a Nigerian man has offered 10,000 NGN to MBBS Uyo Doctors.

In words, "Dear MBBS Uyo Doctors, I will like to extend the Nigerian Doctors' Distinction Award (NDDA) to the overall best student in Psychiatry, Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, and Paediatrics. i will be giving a token of N10,000 for each specialty"
The organization urged the newly sworn-in doctors to provide evidence of their accomplishments in each category to be eligible for the award.
