In a proactive move to address emerging challenges and foster stronger ties with the community, the Ag. Vice Chancellor of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), Prof. Kate Azuka Omemugha, made an unannounced visit to the Uli Campus of the institution.
