Dr. Ikurhyel Nehemiah Emerges Best Graduating Student at Bingham University
Dr. Ikurhyel Nehemiah, a 26-year-old medical doctor from Hong Local Government Area of Adamawa State, has emerged as the Overall Best Graduating Student of the College of Medical Sciences, Bingham University.
The ceremony, held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at the ECWA Headquarters International Conference Center in Jos, Plateau State, was attended by notable dignitaries, including the Vice Chancellor of Bingham University, Professor Haruna Kuje, and the Plateau State Commissioner of Health.
Dr. Ikurhyel's academic excellence was evident in his outstanding performance in various subjects, including:
- Distinction in Surgery
- Distinction in Pharmacology
- Distinction in Biochemistry
- Distinction in Paediatrics
The Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), Plateau State Chapter, Chairman, urged students to emulate Dr. Ikurhyel's hard work, consistency, and determination.
