Special Assistant to Ebonyi State Governor on Revenue, Mr. Martin Okwuegbu, Advocates Against Cultism and Indecent Dressing Among Students in the Era of Content Creation
During this year's International Students Day in Abakaliki, Mr. Martin Okwuegbu, the Special Assistant to Governor Francis Nwifuru on Internally Generated Revenue in Ebonyi State, emphasized the importance of students avoiding cultism and indecent dressing, particularly in the context of content creation. Okwuegbu stressed the significance of university education, highlighting that parents send their children to university with the expectation that they will graduate and positively impact themselves, their families, and society.
Addressing undergraduates, Okwuegbu urged them to allow the educational experience to shape and mold them for impactful contributions post-graduation. He cautioned against succumbing to peer pressure and emphasized that engaging in cultism and indecent dressing under the guise of content creation is not the path to societal impact.
