A seasoned academic in Business Administration, Prof. Maduagwu has a strong background in teaching, research, and publishing. She holds degrees from ESUT and the University of Nigeria, and her research focuses on management issues.

Prof. Maduagwu hails from Egede in Udi Local Government Area, Enugu State. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from ESUT, followed by a Master’s in Management and a Master of Philosophy degree, both from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus.
With a robust career marked by dedication to education and research, Prof. Maduagwu aims to leverage her expertise to enhance the knowledge base of students, professionals, and entrepreneurs across various management disciplines. Her commitment to fairness, respect, and integrity underscores her approach to both teaching and research.
Her research primarily addresses contemporary management issues, providing valuable insights and recommendations for achieving high performance in organizations. Prof. Maduagwu is also an accomplished author, having penned two textbooks on Contemporary Management Issues and Entrepreneurship Development, and contributed to three other books. She has supervised over 185 student projects at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
