Ethiopian Aviation University, based in Addis Ababa, celebrated the graduation of approximately 800 aviation professionals over the weekend. Among the graduates were participants from eight African nations and one from Asia, marking a significant milestone for the institution.

The ceremony, held at the university’s facilities, was attended by dignitaries including ambassadors from various African countries, executives from Ethiopian Airlines Group, as well as families and friends of the graduates. The event underscored the university’s commitment to producing skilled professionals in the aviation sector.

Mr. Mesfin Tasew, Chief Executive Officer of Ethiopian Airlines Group, expressed pride in witnessing the culmination of the airline’s efforts to foster self-sufficiency in Africa’s aviation industry.
