Federal Polytechnic Mubi Governing Council Meets ASUP Leadership on Staff Welfare and Institutional Development

The 11th Governing Council of the Federal Polytechnic Mubi today held a constructive engagement with the Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP), Federal Polytechnic Mubi Chapter Executive Council (CEC), at the Yola Campus, where the Council is currently in session.

The interface provided an important opportunity for ASUP leadership to present key issues affecting academic staff and the overall functioning of the institution.

Speaking during the meeting, the ASUP Chairman, Tpl. Comr. Solomon Kadala Bandi, made a detailed presentation focused on strengthening staff welfare, enhancing career progression, and improving the academic and administrative environment of the Polytechnic.

A total of twenty-one priority issues were presented to the Governing Council. These included:

Timely processing of staff promotions and external assessments
