Professor Abiodun Iyoro, Librarian of the Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), has underscored the crucial role of training in enhancing the productivity and efficiency of library staff.

Speaking during a recent in-house training session at the university's central library, Iyoro emphasized that libraries play a vital role in universities, providing access to a vast array of academic materials, fostering collaboration, and developing critical thinking, digital literacy, and problem-solving skills.
