The Vice-Chancellor of Federal University Lokoja (FUL), Professor Olayemi Olayemi, is pleased to invite the university community and the general public to the 21st Inaugural Lecture Series of the institution. The lecture, titled "Why Reforms Fail in Nigeria's Public Bureaucracy: A Public Administrationist's Perspective," will be delivered by Professor Olajide Ifedayo Ibietan, a distinguished scholar from the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences.
