The Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University Lokoja, Professor Olayemi Akinwumi, has received Lt. Gen. Tukur Yusuf Buratai (Rtd.), former Chief of Army Staff and Nigeria's Ambassador to the Republic of Benin, in preparation for his public lecture as the 18th Distinguished Public Lecturer of the university.
