Fountain University Launches Institute of Peace and Security Studies

Fountain University has officially launched its Institute of Peace and Security Studies (IPSS), a strategic initiative aimed at addressing the complex security challenges and peacebuilding needs within Nigeria and the global community. 

The formal commencement of the Institute's activities was marked by a visit from the IPSS leadership to the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Olayinka Ramota Karim. During the engagement, the Vice-Chancellor expressed her confidence that the Institute would serve as a hub for solution-driven education and high-level research in conflict resolution and security management.

The Institute is headed by Professor Noah Yusuf, a distinguished expert in peace and security studies. Under his direction, the IPSS will offer a comprehensive range of academic and professional programmes.
