FUD Students' Union Organizes Program on Plastic Pollution

The Students' Union Government (SUG) of Federal University Dutsinma (FUD) recently organized an educative program titled "Turning the Tide on Plastic Pollution." The event aimed to raise awareness among the university community about the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy environment.

The program was made possible by the efforts of several key individuals, including the Minister of Environment, Comr. Aisha Muhammad Haris, the Dean of Students' Affairs, the Students' Representative Officer (SRO), and the SUG Staff Advisor. Invited lecturers also made significant contributions to the program's success.

The event also marked the launch of the FUD Green Volunteers Club, a new initiative aimed at promoting environmental sustainability within the university community. The club's newly verified members were congratulated on their induction.
