FULAFIA Vice-Chancellor Announces New Appointments

The Vice-Chancellor of Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), Prof. Shehu Abdul Rahman, has announced new appointments in the university.

Prof. Abdullahi Usman has been appointed as the new Director of the Muhammadu Buhari TETFund Centre for Excellence (MBTCE), succeeding Prof. Abubakar Sadiq Aliyu. The appointment is for a two-year term, effective July 1, 2024.

Additionally, Dr. Johnson Bamikole has been appointed as the Acting Head of the Physics Department, and Dr. Monday Nwankwo has been appointed as the Head of the Resource Mobilisation Unit. Both appointments are for a one-year term, effective July 1, 2024.

The appointments were announced in a statement issued by the University's Registrar, Malam Nuradeen Abdu.
