The Vice-Chancellor of Federal University Lokoja (FUL), Professor Olayemi Akinwumi, invites members of the university community and the general public to attend the 21st Inaugural Lecture titled "Why Reforms Fail in Nigeria's Public Bureaucracy: A Public Administrationist's Perspective." The lecture will be delivered by Professor Olajide Ifedayo Ibietan from the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences.
