The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) Abattoir has officially announced the commencement of its annual Christmas cow-sharing program, beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, December 23, 2025.
The initiative is designed to provide high-quality beef to the university community through a structured slot system. Interested participants can choose from the following pricing options:
1/10 Slot: ₦80,000
1/8 Slot: ₦100,000
1/4 Slot: ₦200,000
To ensure seamless logistics, all bookings must be finalized on or before 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. Slaughtering and distribution are scheduled for Wednesday, December 24, 2025, with pick-up commencing at 12:00 p.m. at the FUNAAB Abattoir.
In a bid to encourage prompt registration, the management has announced a special incentive: the first 10 customers to book their slots will receive a complimentary seasoning pack, featuring a variety of spices including Beef, Stew, Jollof Rice, Fried Rice, Ginger, and Garlic seasonings.
