Governor Namadi Receives Federal University Babura Management, Pledges Continued Support

Governor Mallam Umar Namadi received the management of Federal University Babura, led by Vice Chancellor Professor Sabo Ibrahim Birnin Kudu, at the Government House today.

The courtesy call aimed to congratulate the governor on his electoral victory and brief him on university activities.

Professor Birnin Kudu expressed gratitude for the state government's support, including the provision of a permanent site, accommodation, and vehicle procurement, since the university's inception three years ago. He requested assistance with school fees for indigenous students.

Governor Namadi commended the university's achievements and promised to consider providing staff housing near the university. He pledged continued government support, acknowledging the institution's progress.
