How to Apply for Federal Polytechnic Ukana Post-UTME Screening for 2024/2025 Session

The Management of the Federal Polytechnic Ukana has released the approved procedures to follow when applying for the Polytechnic 's Post UTME Screening for the 2024/2025 academic session.

This guidelines also covers the payment methods. Follow the outlined steps below to ensure smooth and hitch free registration.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INSTRUCTION

Interested candidates are required to go through the following process:

Step 1: Visit: The Polytechnic ePortal @ https://portal.fedpolyukana.edu.ng

Step 2: Click on Application Form: Provide your email address, phone number and an e-invoice will generate with a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR).

N/B: Obtain the RRR from this site only and use it to make payment online or at any commercial bank. (You can select the online payment option or print the invoice to make payment in any commercial bank).

Step 3: Go back to the Application tab, select Continue Application, fill the RRR ( you used to make payment) to access the bio data section. Fill the bio data. upload passport and continue to next page to provide courses, then O' level results and print out. The printout is one of the documents you must present during screening.

Step 5: Click the verify button at the top right corner of the ePortal, for the RRR there and click enter to verify the payment and generate the e-receipt. Submit the e-receipt to the bursary for authentication.

*The screening exercise will be conducted both online and on campus.

Applicants that provide false information or upload incorrect credentials will automatically be disqualified.

Candidates will also be required to participate in the POST-UTME screening on their scheduled dates and time.

Applicants should note that the PUTME Screening fee is two thousand naira ( 2000) only. (Excluding Portal Access Charges)
