Comrade Ekom Peter Ayaka, along with other former SUG Presidents of Isa Mustapha Agwai 1 Polytechnic, Lafia, visited the Acting Rector, Dr. Nurudeen M. Maifata, to extend their congratulations and express their appreciation for recent institutional developments.
During the visit, the former SUG Presidents praised Dr. Maifata for the progress observed at the Polytechnic. They also addressed key issues, including the urgent need for additional hostel accommodations to better integrate students into campus life. The group emphasized concerns over security, highlighting that some students are facing exploitation due to inadequate security measures.
Dr. Maifata responded positively, committing to the continued development of the institution. He assured that the school's hotel facilities would be operational by the next academic session, aiming to enhance student accommodation and support.
