Important Notice for EBSU Students Applying for Change of Course
EBSU students seeking to change their course are reminded to submit their current sessional results/CGPA and O'level results to the Registrar's office by March 20th, 2024, as almost all 2022/2023 Semester results have been released. Additionally, the sale of change of course application forms for the 2023/2024 Session has closed since March 13th, 2024.

Attention all Ebonyi State University (EBSU) students who submitted applications for a change of course: Please be informed that you are required to print and attach your current sessional results/CGPA along with your O'level results to the change of course application forms already in possession of the Registrar's office.

As the majority of the 2022/2023 Semester results have been released, it is imperative that you visit the Registrar's office and submit your updated results/CGPA and O'level results before the close of work on Wednesday, 20th March 2024.

It is important to note that any change of course application lacking these required documents will not be processed.

Furthermore, please be aware that the sale of change of course application forms for the 2023/2024 Session closed on Wednesday, 13th March 2024. Any prospective candidates who failed to purchase or pay for the form before this date are advised not to attempt purchasing it again but to await the commencement of the next academic session.
