FULafia VC Interacts with Faculties, Emphasizes E-Learning and Collective Decision-Making

The Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), Prof. Shehu Abdul Rahman, has embarked on a series of interactions with the university's faculties to discuss key academic and administrative issues.

The visits, which have so far included the Faculties of Arts, Agriculture, Science, Social Sciences, Environmental Design, and the College of Medicine, aim to strengthen collaboration and drive excellence in the institution.

During the interactions, Prof. Abdul Rahman emphasized the importance of e-learning, mentorship, teaching, character development, and leadership. He also discussed staffing, accreditation preparations, promotions, and staff profile management. The VC encouraged faculty leadership and staff to adopt collective decision-making, provide channels for student feedback, and foster collaboration with stakeholders.
