Jigawa State College of Education Gumel Announces Screening Exercise for 2025/2026 NCE Admission

Jigawa State College of Education, Gumel, has announced the commencement of its screening exercise for applicants seeking admission into the National Certificate in Education (NCE) Programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The College invites all candidates who scored 100 and above in the 2025/2026 UTME to participate in the screening, beginning Monday, September 22, 2025. The exercise will be held at the various schools within the College campus, starting from 10:00 a.m. on working days.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to select Jigawa State College of Education, Gumel, as their first-choice institution on the JAMB portal to enjoy privileges such as the Federal Scholarship and the Federal Government’s interest-free NELFUND Student Loan.

Requirements for Screening
Candidates must present both the original and photocopies of the following documents at the screening venue:

• JAMB Result Slip
• O’Level Result(s)
• Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
• Certificate of Indigene ship
• Other relevant academic credentials

The College stressed that attendance at the screening exercise is compulsory for all applicants. Successful candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of N3,000 only through the official admission portal: https://jscoegumel.admissions.cloud/.
