Kano State Polytechnic Appoints Engr. Buba Galadima as Chairman of New Governing Council

The Executive Governor of Kano State, Engr. Alhaji Abba K. Yusuf, has approved the formation of a new Governing Council for Kano State Polytechnic. The announcement was made by Baba Halilu Dantiye, the state Commissioner for Information and Internal Affairs.

Engr. Buba Galadima has been appointed as the Chairman of the Governing Council. Dantiye highlighted Galadima’s extensive experience and leadership skills as crucial for advancing the institution's academic and administrative goals.

The newly formed council will include Engr. Rashida Musa, Dr. Usman Abbas, the Solicitor General of the Ministry of Justice, representatives from the Ministry for Higher Education, the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), Professor Dahiru Sani Shu’aibu from Bayero University, Kano, and two members from the institution’s management. Additionally, there will be representatives from each school within the institution.
