Delivering a goodwill speech on behalf of the Honourable Commissioner of the Ministry of Higher Education, Dr. Yusuf Ibrahim Kofarmata, Dr. Yusuf Jibrin Oyoyo expressed immense honor in addressing the gathering. He highlighted the importance of the journal as a vital platform for knowledge dissemination, showcasing the invaluable contributions of librarians and researchers.
