In a significant boost to campus security, the Kogi State Security Trust Fund, led by Chairman Hon. Abdulraheem Ozovehe Ohiare, has donated five motorcycles to the Confluence University of Science and Technology, Osara (CUSTECH). The presentation ceremony was held at the Kogi State Security Trust Fund office complex in Lokoja.

Engr. Prof. Abdulrahman Asipita Salawu, Vice Chancellor of CUSTECH, received the motorcycles on behalf of the university. Prof. Salawu expressed his deep appreciation for the donation, highlighting that the motorcycles will significantly enhance security operations on campus.

During the ceremony, Prof. Salawu lauded Governor Alhaji Usman Ododo for his unwavering dedication to improving security at CUSTECH and throughout Kogi State. The Vice Chancellor was accompanied by several key university officials, including Arc. Usman Muhammed, Director of Works and Maintenance; Bldr. Ismail Adoke, Director of Physical Planning and Development; Alh. Hussein Muhammed, Head of Internal Audit; and Mr. Abdulazziz Isah, Principal Assistant Registrar, Office of the Vice Chancellor.

The donation underscores the commitment of both the Kogi State Security Trust Fund and the state government to maintaining a safe and secure environment for educational institutions in the region.
